About the Role

You'll be working at the heart of Supertech's manufacturing floor, producing the precision engine valves that power championship-winning race cars around the world. This is hands-on, high-stakes machining work where your skill directly determines the performance of engines competing at the highest levels of motorsport.

Position Overview

Operate and program CNC turning centers to produce high-tolerance engine valves and valve train components. Work with tight tolerances (±0.0001") on exotic alloys including titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining centers
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Perform in-process inspection using CMM and hand gauges
  • Maintain tooling and fixture setups for production runs
  • Collaborate with engineering on process improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years CNC machining experience
  • Proficiency with Fanuc or Mazak controls
  • Experience with tight-tolerance aerospace or motorsport parts preferred
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
